The meeting was held in the Frederick Elementary School, with Mr. W. E.
Rosenoff in charge of arrangements. There were 20 people in the audience.

With 5 commissioners why do we need the County Council?
If they have no duties then why elect them?
Does the Chairman of the Board get a vote?
Why qualifications on the deputies and not elected officials?

How do you nominate the County Council members?
Why not 5 commissioner districts?
If you want to make the commissioners responsible to the people you should have
5 districts.
The commissioner who coordinates the health services has a real headache.

Is this the only county in Colorado that has Home Rule?
Is this Charter similiar to the one they have in the East? (County manager)

will meet them?

Why do we need an auditor?
By setting qualifications for the Sheriff you are taking away my rights.
If someone meets all the standards of the other elected offices, what will happen
if they want to run for Sheriff?
Should withdraw the qualifications for the Sheriff.
