RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SUSPENSION OF COLORADO RETAIL FOOD
ESTABLISHMENT LICENSE - SAPPORO JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Suspension of Colorado Retail Food
Establishment License for Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 15th day of October, 2018, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to October 22, 2018, to allow
Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse adequate time for management and staff to complete the
accredited Food Safety training, hire an additional Food Safety Manager to be on -site at all times,
and have the consultant complete a full inspection and complete a report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 22, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of October, A.D., 2018.
