RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Regional Communications Advisory
Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Richard Strang, be reappointed to said Board
as the Police Zone North representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tracey McCoy, be reappointed to said Board,
as the Police Zone South representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Montgomery, be reappointed to said
Board as the Police Zone South representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ron Pristera, be reappointed to said Board
as the Fire Chief At -Large.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Richard Strang, Tracey McCoy, David Montgomery and Ron Pristera, be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, all with terms to
expire December 31, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of February, A.D., 2018.
