Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP ("KMG"), as former operator of the above referenced
well, hereby provides notice of an upcoming reclamation site evaluation for the plugged and
abandoned well site within the next 60 days. This site evaluation will consist of a representative
on behalf of KMG entering the location to evaluate current reclaimed growth versus surrounding
growth. This representative will be walking on foot to the abandoned well site when no lease road
is present. If needed, a work crew will be dispatched for minor reclamation activities (i.e. seeding,
de -compaction, weed control, soil amendment, etc.). Please note that follow-up evaluations will
be performed on approximate six (6) month intervals to monitor growth and vegetative cover.
Should you have a tenant or farm manager handling the property, please provide them the
appropriate notice.
