from producers north of
Hudson, Colorado to
centralized facilities in
southern Weld County.
• Will originate southwest of
the intersection of Weld CR
49 and CR 36.
Will consist of approximately
85,000 feet (16 miles) of 20
inch steel pipeline.
• Will extend south and
terminate approximately '/2
mile east of the intersection
of Weld CR 52 and CR 41.

General Design and Construction
• All steel pipeline constructed to 49 CFR Part 192 DOT standards.
• Experienced CIA/QC inspectors oversee and monitor construction.
• Exceed the State and Federal minimum 3 feet depth of cover standard
✓ 5 feet or more at road and water crossings.
✓ 4 feet cover elsewhere.
� Weld to API Standard and x-ray 100% of welds (min. standard is 10%).
• Cathodic protection to prevent corrosion.
• Additional abrasive -resistant coating at all road and water directionally -
bored crossings.
� Hydrostatic testing above design pressure of all pipelines.
• Strategically placed block valves and pressure relieving devices.
