DCP Midstream would like to be your neighbor. We are writing to let you know that we are proposing to build a new facility
in your area. DCP Midstream is in the process of filing a Use by Special Review ("USR") permit with Weld County for a
new gas processing facility west of WCR 47 and south of WCR 38. Included with this letter is a general overview map of
the proposed location.
Your property has been identified as being located within 1 -mile of the proposed location. While the Weld County regulations
only require companies to notify property owners within 500 -feet of the proposed build site, we think it is important for
businesses to communicate early with residents and neighbors to inform them of projects before they are permitted.
Your input and feedback are very important to us and we would like to set up a time to visit with you in person. We know
that life is busy, and we also understand this is an important topic for you and your family. We will be available anytime in
June or July to schedule a visit with you; we will be happy to meet with you at your property or at a place of your choosing.

This meeting won't be the only time you will hear from us. This is the beginning of the conversation and process. We will
host a community open house for you and all our neighbors to explain more about the project. Please join us at your
