Armstrong their request for a second single-family home.
There are many reasons for this. However, one of my
greatest concerns is that JB Acres (my neighborhood) has
been single-family housing neighborhood since the 1970s,
and. I feel it should stay that way. I would have no issue if
the request were for a workshop or garage. My issue is the
second single-family dwelling. I feel this would start a
change in JB Acres that would end up destroying the feel
and property value of my home and that of my neighbors.
Why change a single home community that has been that
way for over 40 years? Also, you refused to allow a female
who had/has lived in J13 Acres for over 20 not to build an
apartment yet Troy who has never lived in JB Acres is
allowed? Additionally, Weld County forced my next door
neighbors the Woods to stop construction for three days
saying the Woods were prohibited from building a second
unit on their property. The post card never should have
been sent. Troy Armstrong should have been told no, right
up front. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
