RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF MONIES TO BE PUT INTO ESCROW FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF 64TH AVENUE.
WHEREAS , at a public hearing held in the chambers of the
County Commissioners on July 28 , 1976, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, considered certain matters
relating to the development of Ken-Wil Acres, a subdivision in
the Southeast Quarter of Section 16 , Township 5 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined
that the development of 64th Avenue, running along the East side
of said Ken-Wil Acres Development, would be in the best interest
of the citizens of Weld County, and
WHEREAS , residents along the East and West sides of the present
unimproved 64th Avenue have placed monies in the amount of Six
Thousand One Hundred Eight Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($6, 108. 36)
into escrow for the purchase of building materials for improvement
of 64th Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, accept the monies in the
amount of Six Thousand One Hundred Eight Dollars and Thirty-Six
Cents ($6,108. 36), to be in escrow until the development of
64th Avenue, for the purpose of purchasing road materials for such
development.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on this 9th
day of August, A. D. , 1976.
