RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND
IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land was conveyed from J.
Gerald Fos to Weld County, Colorado by Warranty Deed recorded in
Weld County Records on December 17, 1931, Reception number
635754 , Book 925, Page 354 , wherein the legal description was in-
correct, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Weld County to Quit Claim said
tract of land to correct the error of 1931, said tract being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land One Hundred Eight (180) feet wide from
the North end of the East Half (E' ) of the the East
Half 01) of Section Number (34) Thirty Four in Town-
ship (9) Nine, North of Range (60) Sixty West of the
Sixth P.M. Said tract containing slightly less than
Three (3) acres, all in Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County
to approve the corrective which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the corrective deed, which
is attahced hereto and made a part of this Resolution by reference,
be and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
June, A.D. , 1978.

QUIT CLAIM DEED

THIS DEED, made this 7th day of June, A.D. , 1978,
between WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
``fl subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interest of the COUNTY OF
WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first
N- PRESENT OWNERS, part, and THE
parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, and
in consideration of the sum of other valuable considerations
o and ten dollars, to said party of the first part in hand and
c, paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt
N whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,

released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents
does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the
said parties of the second part, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part has
c.:.z in and to the following described real estate situate, lying
,-' and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:

Thirty Four in Township (9) Nine, North of Range
(60) Sixty West of the Sixth P.M. Said tract
containing slightly less than Three (3) Acres,
all in Weld County, Colorado.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit, and behoof of the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED, this 7th day of June, A.D. , 1978 ,
by WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political sub-
division of the STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for its respective interests.
