Contex Energy Company LLC has agreed to assign all right, title and interest in and to the Weld County
Oil and Gas Lease covering the described lands listed below to Bison Oil & Gas II:
Township 9 North, Range 60 West, Section 21: S2SE recorded at 4321018
As agreed we are requesting consent from Weld County to convey the lease to Bison Oil & Gas II. Please
indicate your acceptance by signing in the space provided below. Return one original of this letter to the
undersigned in the enclosed, self-addressed, stamped envelope.
