WHEREAS, Wyoming Mineral Corporation has submitted an application for the purpose of obtaining a temporary permit to move equipment on to property described as Pt. East Half of Section 24, Township 10 North, Range 62 West, prior to approval of a Special Use Permit, on testing site for solution mining of uranium, and, WHEREAS, said Petition came on for hearing before the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, on the 7th day of July, 1976, and said Board, after consideration of the evidence and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, makes the following findings : 1. The evidence discloses that the applicant has failed to sustain the burden of proof as to the need for moving equipment on to the aforedescribed property prior to approval of a Special Use Permit on testing site for solution mining of uranium, and that good cause has not been shown why said temporary permit request should be granted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the application of Wyoming Mineral Corporation for a temporary permit to move equipment on to property described as Pt. East Half of Section 24, Township 10 North, Range 62 West, Weld County, Colorado, prior to approval of a Special Use Permit on testing site for solution mining of uranium, should be and hereby is denied.
