SUBJECT: 20 Ton Single Drum Vibratory Roller, Bid B1800115
The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the second lowest bidder, 4 Rivers Equipment,
for one 2019 Hamm H -20i, 20 ton single drum vibratory roller. The low bid was from 4 Rivers Equipment for
a 2019 Hamm H -18i which did not meet specifications.
The base price of the roller is $185,500. Option 1 (Manuals) is included and Option 2 (GPS) is available at no
cost.
The total cost for one Hamm H -20i Single Drum Vibratory Roller from 4 Rivers Equipment with Options 1 and 2
is $185,500.00.
There is $165,000.00 budgeted for this purchase.
