RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR17-0061, FOR AGRICULTURAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS PRIMARILY
ENGAGED IN PERFORMING AGRICULTURAL, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY OR
HORTICULTURAL SERVICES ON A FEE OR CONTRACT BASIS, INCLUDING A
LIVESTOCK CONFINEMENT OPERATION (20,000 -HEAD CALF FACILITY) IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - QUE AND DEBORA FULLMER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 7th day of
March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Que and Debora Fullmer, 3200 S. HWY 27, Syracuse, KS 67878, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0061, for Agricultural
Service Establishments primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or
horticultural services on a fee or contract basis, including a livestock confinement operation
(20,000 -head calf facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real
estate, to -wit:
Lots C and D of Recorded Exemption,
RECX14-0014, being part of the W1/2 E1/2, and
Lot D of Recorded Exemption, RECX14-0015, being
part of the E1/2 E1/2, all in Section 32, Township 4
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and continued the matter to April 18, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.,
to allow the applicant adequate time to present to Planning Commission, which was rescheduled
to March 20, 2018, due to a lack of Planning Commission quorum on February 20, 2018, and
WHEREAS, on April 18, 2018, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Board again
continued the matter to May 9, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 9, 2018,
at 10:00 a.m.
