RESOLUTION
RE : CEASE AND DESIST ORDER DIRECTED TO WEST HILL 'N PARK
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, are vested with the authority of managing the affairs
of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the owners
of West Hill ' n Park have been selling lots on said West Hill
' n Park Subdivision contrary to the Weld County Zoning Resolution
and the Subdivision Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the owners of West
Hill ' n Park Subdivision located in the South Half of Section 26,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. in Weld County ,
Colorado, be and hereby are directed to cease and desist the
sale of any further lots in said West Hill ' n Park Subdivision
until a final plat is authorized and subject to approval of said
final plat by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, and further are directed to cease and desist from any
activity which is contrary to any of the provisions of the Weld
County Zoning Resolution and the Weld County Subdivision Regu-
lations .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th
day of November, A.D. , 1976.
