(Amended to Reflect a Term Date of January 12, 2021, Instead of January 11, 2022)
RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT TO 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists, and the terms for certain positions will soon expire,
on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Alan Caldwell be reappointed to said board
as the Sheriff's Office appointee, Tom Beach be reappointed as the Fire Protection Services
County appointee, and Mitch Wagy be appointed as the Emergency Medical Service County
appointee, all with terms to expire January 12, 2021, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the aforementioned persons be, and hereby are, reappointed and
appointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, with terms to expire January
12, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of December, A.D., 2018.
