GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at West line of Section 33 Township 1, Range 66 West on center of section 32 , west approximately f mile to connect with highway No. 470 Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
