RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for NCMC, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Kay Kosmiki to said Board of Trustees for NCMC, with a term to expire January 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kay Kosmiki be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for
NCMC, with a term to expire January 31, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of August, A.D., 2018.
