Bids were received and opened on February 15, 2018 for bid B1800061- Axis Cameras.
Twelve (12) bids were received ranging from $7,387.50 to $9,900.00. Attached is the
bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. WLANMail
submitted the lowest bid, $7,387.50 but has been disqualified because it does not meet
the bid requirements. (WLANMail is not a certified AXIS authorized distributor or
reseller and does not have the certification/specialization level required by the
manufacturer AXIS to support both the product sale and services.)
AITA Technologies proposed the next lowest cost solution of $7,565.25 and does meet
the bid requirements.
