WHEREAS,it appears that a sxfficient number of property owners
have petitioned this Board to close three and one half miles of
County road described below, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board that the needs of
the public no longer require the use of this road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Comm-
issioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the County road described
below be closed, vac
and abandoned, to-wit:
Comnenci the Southeast corner of Section Sixteen
(16), Township Three (3) North, Range Sixty-five (65)
West, ruhhing thence North on Section line between
Sections Fifteen and Sixteen (15 & 16) in said Town-

Notice Is Hereby Given that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from liriri111'5th 1991: direct the proper
officer to open and work, as a public highway, the road prayed for in a petition
filed at the office of said Commissioners on the 6th day of 19w.x'ah

The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded, and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road,and notify the
Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law.

Northwest corner of the Northeast s of Section 9-3-65 W thence One

We also feel that on account of the County Commissioners having
bought and paid for the one mile of open road on the North of this
section that we do not want to donate the above ground, as it is
cutting this section right in the center and is a damage to same .
We the owners of same are willing to let the County have same at a
reasonable price.
