RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the need to reassign member positions exists on the Board of Public Health,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joyce Smock be reassigned to said board as
the Advisory Board District 1 position from an At -Large position, with a term to expire May 23,
2020.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Rohn be reassigned to said board as an
At -Large representative from the Advisory Board District 1 position, with a term to expire May 23,
2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Joyce Smock and Jim Rohn be, and hereby are, reassigned to the Board
of Public Health, both with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution. was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of August, A.D., 2018.
