RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC
HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
James Kuemmerle to said board as the District 6 representative, and Sandra Owen to said board
as the District 3 representative, both with terms to expire May 23, 2021.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable to appoint and
move Tim Annable to said board as the District 2 representative, with a term to expire May 23,
2019.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable to appoint Fred
Hepner to said board as the At -Large representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that James Kuemmerle and Sandra Owen be, and hereby are, reappointed,
and Tim Annable and Fred Hepner, be and hereby are, appointed, to the Board of Public Health,
with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of May, A.D., 2018.
