EXECUTRIX DEED.
THIS DEED, Made and entered into this day of March,
1948, by and between HELEN BINGHAM SAL2ER, as Executrix of the
Estate of Addle Ludlow Bingham (also known as Addie L. Bingham),
Deceased, of the first part, and LEE JOHNSON and MAE JOHNSON of
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That
AREAS Addle Ludlow Bingham (also known as Addle L. Bing-
ham) late of the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, de-
parted this life on the 4th day of February 1942, seized and possessed
of the real estate hereinafter described and leaving a Last Will and
Testament, dated the 13th day of November 1939, which was duly ad-
mitted to probate by the County Court of the City and County of Den-
ver, State of Colorado, on the 16th day of March 1942, on which last
mentioned date letters testamentary were issued by said Court to the
party of the first part, who ever since such date has been and now
is the duly appointed, qualified and acting executrix of the estate
of said decedent; and
WHEREAS said Last Will and Testament of said decedent pro-
vides in part as follows:

"In addition to the powers and authority conferred upon
my Executrix and Trustee by statute or otherwise lawfully
existing, and without any duty upon any person dealing with
my 1xecutrix or Trustee to see to the application of any money
or otter property paid or delivered to them or either of them,

respect to the trust estate and trust funds hereunder, shall
