RE: APPROVE PERMIT APPLICATION AND REPORT OF CHANGES TO CHANGE TRADE
NAME FOR FRITZLER FARMS, INC., FROM FRITZLER CORN MAZE TO FRITZLER
FARM PARK AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Fritzler Farms, Inc., dba Fritzler Corn Maze, holder of an Optional Premises
(County) Liquor License in Weld County, Colorado, has presented the Board with a Request to
Change Trade Name, and
WHEREAS, the change in said name would be from Fritzler Corn Maze to Fritzler Farm
Park, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change in trade
name.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Request to Change the trade name for Fritzler Farms, Inc., from Fritzler
Corn Maze to Fritzler Farm Park, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said Permit Application and Report of Changes form and license.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of October, A.D., 2018.
