To Whom it May Concern:
The property in question is currently in a state of disrepair, r.e. the buildings, and is being used
as a dump site. From our property we can see several large piles of brush which serve as an
eyesore, a fire hazard, and quarters for various pests. Our concern, in allowing a landscaping
firm to take over the property, is that it could further enhance the chances of these piles
multiplying and/or growing larger. Prior to any approval of this plan, we would ask that the
property be brought up to code. All of the current piles of boards, vegetation and other
landscaping-related materials need to be removed from the property and disposed of properly.
Periodic inspections by Weld County should then be conducted to prevent repeat violations.
You have a chance to see this property cleaned up and then maintained as it should be. Please
do not allow this opportunity to pass without proper action.
