Bids were received and opened on April 19, 2018 for bid B1800090 Trend Micro Deep security
maintenance. Four (4) bids were received ranging from $34,256.96 to $36,080.98. Attached is
the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Insight Public Sector,
Inc. proposed the lowest cost solution of $34,256.96 and meets the needed functionality
documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1800090 Trend Micro Deep
security maintenance to Insight Public Sector, Inc. for a total amount of $34,256.96.
