WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, ;:, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home 0 Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, held a public hearing on the 13th day of April, 1977 , at the hour of 2 :00 o' clock p.m. , for the purpose of hearing the application of Park Land Associates for the granting of a Special Use Permit for an airport on the following described real estate, to-wit: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, and WHEREAS, evidence was presented in support of the grant of the Special Use Permit for an airport on the above described real estate, and evidence was presented in opposition to the grant of a Special Use Permit for an Airport on the aforemen- tioned tract of land, and WHEREAS, Section 3. 3.E. 4.a. authorizes such a use in an Agricultural District on the grant of a Special Use Permit by the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, heard all the testimony and statements of those pre- sent, has studied the request of the petitioner and the recom- mendations of the Weld County Planning Commission and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter, and having been fully informed and satisfied that the request for a Special Use Permit for an airport on the hereinabove des- cribed real estate, complies with all of the conditions as 770030 r',i • • • 1rI4 i. =MCa BOOK 'A4 �- set out in Section 3. 3 .E. 4 .a. of the Weld County Zoning Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the petition of Park Land Associates (A Trust) , 3953 Fuller Court, Boulder, Colorado 80303, for granting of a Special Use Permit for an airport on the tract of land set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference at this point, be, and hereby is granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of April, A.D. , 1977.
