There will be a Public Hearing before the Weld County Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 3, 2018
at 12:30pm. A subsequent hearing will be held on April 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with the Board of County
Commissioners. Both hearings will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration Building,
1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80631.

FOR: A Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for a greater than
12 -inch high pressure natural gas pipeline approximately two and one-half (2.5) miles long
(24 -inch natural gas pipeline) originating south of the intersection of County Roads 19 and
10 and terminating at the Dacono Compressor Facility [USR14-0019] north of the County
Road 13 and County Road 10 intersection) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE PIPELINE WILL ORIGINATE IN SECTION 15, T1 N, R67W AND CROSS SECTIONS 16,
9, 19, 8 AND TERMINATE AT A PROPOSED COMPRESSOR STATION IN SECTION 7, T1 N,
R67W OF THE 6TH P.M., WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
LOCATION: GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF CR 8; EAST OF CR 13; SOUTH OF CR 12 AND WEST OF CR 21

Parcel Number: Multiple Parcels
Legal Description: The Pipeline will originate in Section 15, T1 N, R67W and cross Sections 16, 9, 19, 8
and terminating at a proposed Compressor Station in Section 7, T1N, R67W of the 6`h P.M., Weld
County, Colorado.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or
recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Please reply by the
above listed date so that we may give full consideration to your recommendation. Any response not
received before or on this date may be deemed to be a positive response to the Department of Planning
