The only change that has been made is the north end lot was one lot. When • approved by the Board of County Commissioners for a zone change and preliminary plan, they did approve the division of that one large lot into two lots with an additional easement between the two lots. This was reviewed at the City Administrative Review Team and there were no adverse comments there. A list of the utilities that had signed this • plan were read.
