BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights of way over public roads, streets , high- ways and easements on behalf of the public in re Ken-Wil Acres Subdivision, the same being described as follows : A Subdivision in Weld County, Colorado located in the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and being more particularly described as follows and with all Subdivisions referenced herein being those platted and recorded in the Records of Weld County, Colorado. The only change that has been made is the north end lot was one lot. When • approved by the Board of County Commissioners for a zone change and preliminary plan, they did approve the division of that one large lot into two lots with an additional easement between the two lots. This was reviewed at the City Administrative Review Team and there were no adverse comments there. A list of the utilities that had signed this • plan were read. MOTION: Mr. Fouts to approve the final plan, first filing. Seconded Mr. McFate. A unanirious vote of "aye." Motion Carried. Meeting Adjourned.
