A public hearing was conducted on November 14, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
Ei I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 12, 2018, and duly published
October 17, 2018, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Adam Hilton and Lashawn Laguardia Hilton, for Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit, USR18-0067, for a Home Business (automobile modification) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District. Frank Haug, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of
record.
El Brian DeBauche, Attorney, represented the applicant and explained he and the applicant did
not receive notification of the original Planning Commission hearing. He stated he had asked
Planning Commission to continue the hearing, which was approved and subsequently requested
to continue the Board of County Commissioner hearing until January 16, 2018.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Adam Hilton and Lashawn
Laguardia Hilton for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR18-0067, for a Home Business (automobile modification) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District,
to January 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the applicant to present to the Planning Commission
at a hearing continued to December 18, 2018. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Cozad, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed
at 10:04 a.m.
