RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering fie affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Fryar be reappointed to said board as
the Fort Lupton representative, and that Benito Garcia, be reappointed as the County Appointee
representative and Mike Savage be reappointed as the City of Greeley Appointee representative,
all with terms to expire January 19, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Fryar, Benito Garcia, and Mike Savage be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, all with terms to expire
January 19, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of February, A.D., 2018.
