At the annual meeting of the shareholders, an assessment of $42.00 per share was levied
against each share of stock for the 2018 season. In addition, a Special Assessment of $14.00 per
share was levied against each share of stock.
The assessment of $42.00 and special assessment of $14.00 per share on 28 shares of stock
standing in your name amounts to $1,568.00.
The assessment was due when levied, but you may pay the first half on or before April 1,
2018, without interest. If payment is delayed after April 1, 2017, you will pay 15% per annum for
late payment.
If you elect to pay the assessment in two installments, the last half must be paid on or before
November 15, 2018, and you will pay 15% per annum late charge after November 15, 2018.
Payment of the assessment may be made by mail to 25 South 4th Avenue, Brighton,
Colorado 80601, or you may pay at the office at 25 South 4th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado.
In order to receive water during the 2018 irrigation season, your headgate weir must
be in proper operating condition to enable the ditch rider to properly measure the water you
are entitled to receive. In some instances, the weir has been removed or is not in proper
condition to enable such measurement. If your weir is not in proper operating condition,
please notify Ditch Superintendent George McDonald at 303-915-6169. If your measuring
device is not properly installed and accurate you will not receive water deliveries.
