RE: INSTALLATION OF "STOP" SIGN ON 35TH AVENUE AT ENTRANCE OF
THE BUCKLEN CONSTRUCTION PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering Services
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that a "stop" traffic device be installed on
35th Avenue at the entrance of the Bucklen Construction property
to insure safety to the traveling public, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
recommendations of the Department of Engineering Services and
has determined that said sign is necessary for the protection
of the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Department of
Engineering Services is directed to install a "stop" sign on
35th Avenue at the entrance of the Bucklen Construction property
for the safety of the general public, and that said sign must
conform to the State manual and specifications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
August, A.D. , 1979 .
