Dear Mr. Goering:
This is to advise you that we have revised the data for Wald
County for Entitlement Periods 10 (October 1, 1978 -
September 30, 1979) and 11 (October 1, 1979 - September 30, 1980)
of general revenue sharing. k
In accordance with the information you provided with your
challenge of these two entitlement periods, the questioned data have
been revised as follows:
Entitlement Period 10
FY 1977 adjusted taxes revised to $11,546,682
from $11, 139,275.
Entitlement Period 11 k
FY 1978 adjusted taxes revised to $11,798, 153
from $11, 237,231.
The revised FY 1977 data will be used in the final allocation
for Entitlement Period 10 which will be calculated in late June 1979.
Positive or negative adjustments resulting from the tenth period 41/414
will be reflected in your payments for Entitlement Period 11.
The revised 1978 data will be used in the initial allocation .Ft.
for Entitlement Period 11 which will be reported to you in mid-
August
on your Statement of Assurances form.
