Dear Weld County Staff, Planning Commissioners, & County Commissioners:
This letter serves as a request of a waiver from the requirement of providing water and sewer
service to the proposed Aggregate Recycling Facility (PRE 16-0056) currently under review in the
Use by Special Review (USR) process. The rationale behind this request is the impracticality of
providing this service to a mobile and temporary oil & gas associated facility that is highly
automated, likely will be mobilized to a different location within a few years, and requires a minimal
number of operators.
