This letter is being sent by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation on behalf of its subsidiary
Kerr-McGee Gathering LLC ("KMGG") to inform you KMGG is the owner of two valid
easements and a pipeline located in the E/2 of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 66 West
for which Weld County ("County") is reviewing the proposed pipeline, communication tower,
and meter site appurtenances located in the NE/4 of Section 10 and the NW/4 of Section
both located in Township I North, Range 66 West, Weld County. KMGG is submitting this
comment timely, in accordance with the County's procedural requirements.
The following are comments in support of this Notice:
KMGG is the owner of a valid Right -of -Way Grant that was executed on April
11th, 1975, and recorded on April 22nd , 1975 with the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder at Reception Number 1658691, between Norman A. Moser and
Marguerite E. Moser, Grantors, and Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company,
Grantee, covering the NE/4 of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
1. KMGG is the owner of a valid Right -of -Way Grant that was executed on
March 1 st, 1975, and recorded on March 4th, 1975 with the Weld County Clerk
and Recorder at Reception Number 1655321, between Larry R. Loehr, Grantor,
and Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, Grantee, covering the E/2 of the
