North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows :
A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter Southeast
Quarter of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , described as; beginning at
the Center of said Section 29, thence South 89°53'49"
East on an assumed bearing along the East-West Cen-
terline of said Section 29 a distance of 277.52 feet;
thence South 00°04'25" West parallel to the West line
of said Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter, Section
29 a distance of 622.97 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing South 00°04'25" West
parallel to said West line a distance of 696.96 feet
to the South line of said Northwest Quarter South-

Duane and Ruth Zolman desire to purchase a one-acre parcel from
Mr. Kramer. Said one-acre parcel will be tied to the legal one-
acre parcel which presently exists . No new lots are being
created by this request.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services in this
matter and has reviewed information submitted by the applicant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the aforementioned tract
of land owned by the applicant be, and hereby is , declared to be
exempt from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land"
as set forth in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and
Section 2--1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and
further finds that said tract shall be considered a single lot.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
April, A.D. , 1979 .
