Mr. Bonilla intends to build a rest -room facility with running water and a septic system. There will
ultimately be 2 septic systems, neither of which would exceed the (5000 gal?) that would trigger a

He was asking about how many gallons the septic system would be utilizing (whether it will be
subject to CDPHE requirements) of course this is subject to if a septic ends up being required.

Dear Deanne,
I spoke with Kris Ranslem in our office. The earliest available Board of County Commissioner hearing
dates are Wednesday, August 16th or Wednesday, August 23rd
It looks like there will be 4 commissioners (at least tentatively) on August 23rd (as Moreno is listed as
being out).
Just let me know (and cc Kris— kranslem@weldgov.com)—which date will work best for you/your
client.
If mineral notice is required (not owned by Bonilla) — I have attached the Mineral Affidavit and
referral form.
FYI: I just received a call from Tom Francis (property owner to the south) He had questions about
how many gallons I think he will be sending an objection letter/e-mail.
