Commissioner Hewitt moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLVED That a public road 60 feet in width, be established, being 30 feet each side of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point which is the Southeast Corner of Section 26 and is the Southwest Corner of Section 25, in Township 8 North of Range 58 West of the 6th P. M. ; running thence Northerly along the said section line to a point which is 30 feet north of the quarter corner between said- two sections; from said quarter corner running easterly on the east and west center line of said section 25 to a point 30 feet east of the southeast corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 25; from said corner running north along the line between the West Half and the East Half of said Northwest Quarter to the north line of said Section 25; 411 in Weld County, Colorado. And that the County Attorney is instructed to bring eminent domain proceedings to acquire the right of way for said road for a public highway and for immediate possession.
