Bids were received and opened on November 28th, 2018 for the Panasonic CF -33 MDT
bid (PS -791). Three (3) bids were received ranging from $106,391.60 to $139,294.89.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all the bids responses. CDW
Government LLC proposed the lowest cost solution of $106,391.60 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
With the above information, I recommend the board award the Panasonic CF -33 bid to
CDW Government LLC for a total amount of $106,391.60
