P. M. The Road petitioned for beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 19 Township Six North of i;an e 61 West of the sixth P. M. and running East be- tween sections 18 and 19, 17 and 20, 16 and 21, 15 and 22, and 14 and 23 to the Northeast corner of Section 23 has been viewed and found necessary for public convenience and all adjacent land owners on said proposed road having signed this petition or said right of way is held by the County, and the benefits to them equal the damages , this portion of the petition is hereby approved. That portion of the North and South Road petitioned for beginning at the Northwest corner of Section one , township six north of range 62 running be- tween sections 1 and 2, 11 and 12 , and 13 and 14 was viewed and determined to be unnecessary and said portion of road is hereby not granted.
