Additional conversations will be conducted between County IT and Judicial with regard to consistency in equipment purchases (i.e. Webex v. Polycom) as the systems may involve different coding and different technologies. Last LST meeting minutes from June 27, 2018 are attached. There were 3 panic alarms, 2 were false and one was a drill. There was one weather emergency (tornado) that was not issued by the Office of Emergency Management. It was a notification that came over cell phones. Any significant problem areas that developed and how they were or will be resolved: There were no significant problem areas. Activities scheduled during the next reporting period: Continuity of Operations Plan updated with simulated catastrophe focused around the Courts scheduled for July 19, 2018. New employee security training session with WCSO Sergeants and Administrator will be scheduled (date TBD). Security Awareness Training for Court and Probation staff members (August - date TBD) with John Putbrese, Administrator of Judicial Security.
