Dear Stockholder,
The annual meeting of stockholders for the Lupton Meadows Ditch Company has been
set, the meeting will be held at the River Garden Winery in Ft Lupton, Colorado, 9490 CR 25
(just North of Rd 20 on the East side of 25) on Tuesday the 23rd of January 2018 The
meeting of the Lupton Meadows Ditch Company will be beginning at 3 pm and the Lupton
Bottom meeting t. begin on adjournment of the Meadows. Due to the close ties between the
companies the Boards of both companies have once again decided to invite all stockholders to sit
in on both meetings, any votes will be by company stockholders only. We will have presenters
from Consolidated ditches to discuss the updated 1940's Agreement with Denver. We will also
discuss the °atom's River Dane Project and will need a Shareholder .esolution authorizing the
Bottom Board to enter the loan contract d assess special loan payment assessments to Bottom
shareholders which will include the Lupton Meadows for 10 to 11 years, The meetings shall be
for the election of directors and such other business as may properly come before this meeting.
The Board and the Company would like to encourage you as a stockholder in this company to
make every attempt possible to attend and participate.

PS: There will be two director positions up for election to a 3 -year term, Robert Sarchet is the
incumbents and would like to serve again. Bob Stahl is vacating his position due to other
commitments so there will be an open position to fill. We are always looking for new interested
applicants to serve so feel free to ask anyone about serving as a director.
