RE: ADDITION OF STREETS WITHIN CASA GRANDE ESTATES SUBDIVISION,
FIRST ADDITION, LOCATED IN SECTION 17 , TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH,
RANGE 67 WEST,TO THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1976 , the developer of Casa Grande
Estates, First Addition, was notified of necessary corrections
to be made in the development prior to addition of said streets
to the County road system, and acceptance by the County of
said streets for full maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has
notified the Board of County Commissioners that the necessary
corrections have been made and now recommends that all streets
in the Subdivision known as Casa Grande Estates, First Addition,
be added to the County Road System and accepted for full main-
tenance, said streets being all of Del Camino Lane, Apache Road,
Sioux Court, Del Comundo Lane and Navajo Court, within the
boundaries of Casa Grande Estates, First Addition, all being
sixty feet in width and totaling 1. 81 miles, more or less,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
recommendations of the Department of Engineering Services and
has determined that the developer has fulfilled his obligations
under the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and that the
acceptance of the above-described streets is in the best in-
terest of the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado that certain streets
lying within the Casa Grande Estates Subdivision, First Ad-
dition, located in Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, be and hereby
are added to the County Road System and accepted for full
maintenance by the County.

Dear Mr . Barrell :
Re : Street Maintenance - Casa Grande Estates 1st Addition
As per the letter of Richard Straub , former County Engineer ,
dated November 20 , 1975 , the second inspection of Casa
Grande Estates , First Addition has been made and the find-
ings were as follows :
1 . There are no street signs in place .
2 . An access to an oil well site on Del Camino Lane is
now in existence .
3 . An access culvert to the second house on the East side
north of County Road 20 on Apache Road seems to be
plugged .
4 . Water valve in North borrow pit on Del Camino Lane at
the North end of Apache Road .
5 . Some concrete culverts have been used for approaches .
In order for the Weld County Engineer ' s office to recommend
to the County Commissioners to accept full maintenance of
said subdivision street the developer should do the following :

1 . Place all necessary street signs .
2 . Inform this office of the status of the access to
Del Camino Lane from the oil well site , such as
who gave permission to use said street , how much
the street will be used and the type of equipment
that will use said street .
3 . Clean out the culvert on Apache Road at about Lot
15 or 16 .
4 . Water valve in borrow pit of Del Camino Lane must
be protected with some type of frame work to protect
it against normal maintenance of said streets .
5 . Weld County Engineer has agreed to accept concrete
culverts that have been installed to this date , but
any others installed must be corrugated metal pipe .
When the above items have been taken care of please notify
me and I will then be able to recommend to the County
Commissioners to accept the streets for full maintenance .
