Briggsdale Water Company members may appoint a proxy using this official Briggsdale Water
Company Proxy Request.
Signed proxy forms must be submitted by mail or in person to Nancy Allshouse, treasurer of the
Briggsdale Water Company. Signed proxy forms must be received by Friday, February 9, 2018.
One vote will be allowed per water tap.
If you choose to participate by proxy, please choose one of the current board members to vote
your proxy. Current board members are:
Teri Jewell, Jerry Warner, Nancy Allshouse, Art Milner

Please see the minutes from the Board of County Commissioner's hearing on February 7, 2018,
for the approval of Clay Kimmi, Department of Public Works, as the delegated proxy for the 2018
annual Briggsdale Water Company meeting.

As per the Briggssdale Water Company by-laws we need 5
board members.
Due to Ken Krise retiring, another member is needed.
If you would be willing to serve, please let us know you are
interested so that you can be nominated at the annual
meeting.
The annual meeting will be held at the Fire House on February
13th, at 7:00 p.m.
