Home My WebLink About790370 RESOLUTION RE: APPOINTMENT OF RUTH MCELRATH AS ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on September 26 , 1979 , the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado adopted the revised Board of Adjustment By-Laws which provides for the appointment of three associate members to the Board of Adjustment (Article III .F. ) , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Ruth McElrath, 3371 Weld County Road 41, Hudson, Colorado 80642, to said Board of Adjustment as an associate member for a 2-year term to expire October 14 , 1981. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Ruth McElrath be, and hereby is, appointed as an associate member of the Board of Adjust- ment for a 2-year term to expire October 14 , 1981 . The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of October, A.D. , 1979 .
