WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , on the 7th day of November, 1973 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, granted Recorded Exemption No. 88 to Jerry Bigbee, a copy of said Resolution being attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein at this point, and WHEREAS, said Jerry Bigbee has requested that the legal description of the land covered by Recorded Exemption No. 88 be amended to read as follows, to-wit: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado and being further described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 33, and considering the South Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33 to bear South 89°35'02" East, with all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto; Thence North 07°35'13" Fact, along the centerline of 71st Avenue, 60.47 feet; Thence South 89°35'02" East, 430.23 feet to the Southeast Corner of Lot 20 of J-B Acres Fifth Filing as platted and recorded in the records of Weld County, Colorado, said point being the True Point of Beginning; Thence along the boundary of J-B Acres Fifth Filing by the following three (3) bearings and distances: North 00°24'58" East, 200.00 feet; North 34°36'33" West, 245.81 feet; North 00°24'58" East, 127.00 feet; Thence North 75°42'07" West, 72.47 feet; Thence North 66°00'23" West, 84.89 feet; Thence North 18°53'22" East, 20.00 feet; Thence South 66°08'45" East, 85.33 feet; Thence South 77°33'53" East, 64.74 feet; Thence along the boundary of J-B Acres Fifth Filing by the fillowing three (3) bearings and distances: North 00°24'58" East, 29.00 feet; North 18°53'22" East, 200.00 feet; North 71°06'38" West, 190.00 feet to a point on the centerline of 71st Avenue; Thence along the centerline of 71st Avenue by the following four (4)bearings and distances: North 18°53'22" East, 157.13 feet; North 48°52'24" East, 260.37 feet; North 83°11'06" East, 236.80 feet; North 79°51'02" East, 370.68 feet; Thence South 00°24'58" West, 1250.66 feet to the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of J-B Acres First Filing as platted and recorded in the records of Weld County, Colorado; Thence North 89°35'02" West, along the North Right-of-way line of County Road Nurrber 62, 586.06 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Said tract of land contains 19.051 acres. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Recorded Exemption No. 88 which was granted on the 7th day of November 1973 to Jerry Bigbee, be, and n-` 770671 hereby is amended to cover the above described real estate. The above and foregoing was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of April, A.D. , 1977. The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record and signed on the 18thday of April , A.D. , 1977.
