Mary Ann Feuerstein, Recorder I- / ORDINANCE NO. 14 e AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD DISPOSITION OF THACOUNTY T CER - TAIN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, TO APPROVE THE REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, MORE PARTICULARLY DE- SCRIBED AS LOTS 6 , 7 , 8 and 9 , BLOCK 4 , GREAT WESTERN ADDITION TO JOHNSTOWN, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. iI BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that pursuant to the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is necessary for said Board to approve the dispo- ^° sition of certain real property owned by Weld County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows , to-wit: Lots 6 , 7 , 8 and 9 , Block 4, Great Western Addition to Johnstown, Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Town of Johnstown, Colorado has made an offer to purchase the above-described real estate in the amount of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO DOLLARS and 87/100 ($22 , 922 . 87) , and WHEREAS , after careful consideration of all the facts and figures presented to the Board of County Commissioners, said Board has accepted the offer of the Town of Johnstown, Weld County , Colorado, in the amount of $22 , 922 . 87 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the said Board be, and hereby is , directed to approve the disposition and sale of that certain real property owned by Weld County, to the Town of Johns- town, Colorado, more particularly described above. The above and foregoing Ordinance was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of November A.D. , 1977 .
