The following specific words and phrases, when appearing in this Chapter in uppercase letters, shall have the meanings stated in this Section: Insert between ENCLOSED and EVENT FACILITY: EV CHARGING STATION: A nonresidential power supply device that supplies electrical power for recharging on-board battery packs of plug-in electric vehicles. This definition excludes devices primarily used by the residents or tenants of the LOT on which it is located. All other definitions remain unchanged. ARTICLE III - Zone Districts Division 1 - A (Agricultural) Zone District Amend Sec. 23-3-20. - Uses allowed by right outside of subdivisions and historic townsites. No BUILDING, STRUCTURE, or land shall be used and no BUILDING or STRUCTURE shall hereafter be erected, structurally altered, enlarged, or maintained in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on LOTS outside of SUBDIVISIONS and HISTORIC TOWNSITES except for one (1) or more of the following USES. A. through D., no change. Insert E. EV CHARGING STATIONS. Reletter as appropriate. No other changes to section. Amend Sec. 23-3-45. - Uses allowed by right in subdivisions and historic townsites.
