Conway - EXCUSED Commissioner Scott K. James Commissioner Steve Moreno Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Selena Baltierra Assistant County Attorney, Bob Choate Planning Services Department representative, Chris Gathman The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 30, 2019, and duly published October 4, 2019, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of The Guest Family Trust, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR19-0052, for a Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (storage of firewood and parking and staging of up to three (3) 3/4 -ton pickup trucks and a trailer) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, explained the applicant initially requested a withdrawal of the application; however, they subsequently decided to proceed. Therefore, Planning Staff requested this hearing be continued to December 11, 2019, which will allow adequate time to complete the Staff recommendation, conduct a Planning Commission hearing on November 5, 2019, and finalize the Planning Commission minutes prior to the Board of County Commissioners hearing. IE In response to Chair Kirkmeyer, Mr. Gathman confirmed the applicant was not present and explained he had coordinated the proposed continuance date with the applicant; however, there was no written documentation of the correspondence. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Moreno moved to continue the request of The Guest Family Trust for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR19-0052, for a Use permitted Ga: PL(CG(TP), Pc...J(mm), £E-I(LL) 1D/63/19 2019-4639 PL2716 HEARING CERTIFICATION - THE GUEST FAMILY TRUST (USR19-0052) PAGE 2 as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (storage of firewood and parking and staging of up to three (3) 3/4 -ton pickup trucks and a trailer) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to December 11, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:11 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 13th day of November, 2019.
