R1443886 - BRUNNER RUTH A (BN)
405 10TH ST, WINDSOR
Legal: WIN 2WM-2 L2 WINDSORMERE VILLAGE 2ND ADDN
Reason: Value Too High - The home is rented to a son and his elderly mother on limited social
security benefits. They have not had 25% increase in their wages, nor have I in rent. I rent the place
for $1500 per month as that is what they can afford and they take great pride in being able to pay
their own way without public assistance. There were no comp sales to review on your website. I did
pay $250,000 for the property in November of 2015. I would accept an increase in value of +30,000
but more added tax increase would result in increased rent I cannot justify to this elderly lady and
her son.
Estimate of Value: $281,000.00
